Your plan includes an allowance of facilities and active children. Go beyond it in a busy season and you’re metered. Go quiet and you don’t pay for capacity you didn’t use. An active child is an enrolled participant counted in the billing period; a facility is an active site.

Good to know.
Do childcare and adult day cost extra as separate products?
No. Both care lines run on the same participant record and the same subscription. You pay for facilities, active participants, and the plan tier, not for two separate systems.
What counts as an "active child"?
An enrolled participant counted within the billing period. Seasonal dips mean you're not paying for capacity you aren't using; busy months are metered as overage above your plan's allowance.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Annual billing works out to roughly two months free versus paying monthly. Usage overage is still metered monthly.
What happens during the free trial?
You get Growth-tier features for 14 days with no card required. If a subscription lapses later, the app enters a read-only mode so your records are never lost. You keep access to your data and billing pages.
