1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses daycarelogix.com or the DaycareLogix service: administrators, staff, family users, and site visitors. It is part of our Terms of Service and the Subscription & License Agreement.
2. Legal compliance and harm prevention
Do not use the site or service to:
- engage in or promote anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive, including falsifying attendance, meal counts, or other records submitted to licensors, sponsors, or payers;
- harass, exploit, endanger, or invade the privacy of any person, above all the children and adults whose records the service holds;
- infringe others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.
3. Records you are not authorized to touch
Enter and access only records you have authority over in your role. Do not enter information about a child, participant, or family without the authority to do so; do not attempt to view records outside your assigned role, classroom, facility, or organization; and do not share exported records beyond what your program’s policies and applicable law permit.
4. System security
Do not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service outside our responsible disclosure policy;
- attempt to bypass authentication, role-based access, tenant isolation, or rate limits;
- introduce malware or interfere with the service’s operation;
- share, sell, or reuse credentials, or keep departed staff accounts active.
5. Website and trial respect
Do not submit false signups or walkthrough requests, scrape the website, or use the DaycareLogix brand in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement without written permission.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate access to the website, a trial, or the service, and report unlawful activity to authorities. For serious risks, especially any risk to children or vulnerable adults, we may act immediately and without notice. Where practical, we will notify the account owner and work with them to remediate.
7. Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse to support@daycarelogix.com. Report security vulnerabilities to security@daycarelogix.com under our responsible disclosure policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
